Heart Healing is a 6 day workshop introducing students to a series of practical stress management techniques. It covers the concepts of energy balancing, introducing muscle testing, finger modes, beliefs, emotions and the Selye Stress Model and its impact on the Triangle of Health.
There is no prerequisite for course entry however Touch for Health 1 would be an advantage.
Certificates of competency will be issued to students who successfully complete all the assessments within the course and the hours acquired go towards Kinesiology Practitioner registration. It is a total of 60 hours which is 45 face to face hours and 15 workbook hours.
