TOUCH FOR HEALTH 1 - 4 TRAINING
Touch for Health is the foundational training for Kinesiology Practitioners and is the most common Kinesiology modality. It is designed for the lay person to learn the tools to live a healthy and balanced mind, body, and spirit. Dr John Thie, the founder of Touch for Health developed this science of muscle movement with the focus on balancing the potential of a person at a wholistic level. Incorporated in Touch for Health is muscle monitoring the location and action of 42 muscles of the body and applying principles from Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian theory to harmonize the muscles creating balance and harmony in the body.
Touch for Health addresses the structural (physical), mental/emotional and nutritional aspects of health and incorporates techniques to address any imbalances in these aspects with a variety of gentle techniques improving a sense of wellbeing and vitality.
It is delivered in 4 parts over 4 weekends from TFH 1 to TFH 4. It is recognised as a stand alone qualification by the IICT or the beginning of kinesiology hours for the Australian Kinesiology Association (AKA) and the Australian Institute of Kinesiology (AIK).

HEART HEALING
Heart Healing is a 6 day workshop which is focused on the heart and the damages, traumas, hurts and emotional pains that the heart carries. It introduces the student to a series of practical stress management techniques effectively reducing one's stress load. It addresses deeply entrenched blockages of consciousness and releasing them through exploring beliefs and mind states. The Selye Stress model is explored with its impact on the triangle of health and the balancing tools of crystals, colour, chakras, symbols, shells, essences (to name a few) are incorporated.
